Bio: Myles began in the world of financial services where he was tasked with creating cost savings from operational forecasts for a top financial services firm. From there he moved to the world of marketing and advertising doing a stint at Dell and then at two agencies in Austin: T3 and Springbox . At T3, he was able to reduce the turnaround time in Dell email reporting from 100+ days to less than 5, enabling the client and account teams to quickly identify trends and market opportunities. He also established the first flash tracking strategy for Dell using their internal clickstream tracking.
Client relationships also included: Marriott, UPS, John Deere, JC Penney, Universal, and Intel. At Springbox, Myles started the research and analytics group and was instrumental in establishing the agency analytics strategy and execution. Client accounts he worked on included Premiere Global, LG, Dell, Callaway Golf, NASCAR, Hoovers, AMD, and PayPal. At IDEA, Myles is a key component on the strategy team. He creates and maintains the agency's search engine strategy as well generating how client deliverables will be measured against client goals. Myles is Google Analytics Individual Qualified.
